CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois volleyball team makes its first post-season appearance since 2002 in the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Tournament hosted by Missouri State. The No. 6 Salukis take on No. 3 Creighton Friday, Nov. 23 at 12:30 p.m. in Springfield, Mo.

Southern is 7-14 in 12 tournament appearances dating back to 1982. The team made it to the tournament final back in 2002, falling to UNI in its last appearance.
