Ran in just two meets last year, but has the potential to be one fo the better sprinters in the MVC.

At SIUC: Ran a personal best 7.77 in the 60 meters at the 2000 MVC Indoor Championships, finishing in fifth place. Also ran a career best 26.32 in the 200 meters at the same meet. Member of the 4x100 meter relay team (2nd in 46.53) at the MVC Outdoor Championships (3rd in SIU history). Ran lead leg for 4x200 meter relay team that is second best (1:40.15) in SIU history.

Background: Four-time state meet qualifier in the 100 and 200 meters. Named team MVP as a senior. Four-year member of a varsity squad that won a conference title. Also a member of the basketball team.

Personal: Health care management major. Has one brother, Greg. Born November 25, 1979. Daughter of Gregory and Cynthia Williams.
