Taylor brings in a terrific Valley body right away...she's six foot, and built like she's already been in college for a couple of years...her size is going to be able to bring some boards...she has a great basketball IQ and a great work ethic and will really fit SIU's three position...won a state championship at De Pere High School in 2005.

A four-year varsity letterwinner at De Pere High School...team posted an 86-10 record during her four years...as a sophomore her team won the Wisconsin Division I title...a four-time all-conference selection...as a junior was named All-Metro, averaging 14.7 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.4 blocks...as a senior earned first team all-state honors, averaging 11 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.4 steals, 3.6 assists and 2.6 blocks, shooting 52 percent from the field...was a medalist in the triple jump at state track and field meet as a sophomore...holds four school track and field records...a member of her school's National Honor Society.
