At SIU: In 2004, placed among the top-five in three of four outdoor meets, including fifth in the 10,000-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championships...picked up a win at the Saluki Fast Start Invite during the 2003 indoor season...also placed in the top-10 in three outdoor meets...two top-three finishes in the 5000-meter run in 2002...also had one top-10 finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase...member of the Saluki cross country team.

Pre-SIU: State qualifier in the 3200-meter run at Harold L. Richards High School...a two-time all-conference selection in track and a four-time all-conference pick in cross country.
