CARBONDALE, Ill. - Get a good look at the 2008 Southern Illinois University football team during its intrasquad scrimmage, fan day and season ticket tag day Thursday. The event, which is free of charge, is set for 5:30 p.m. at McAndrew Stadium.

Students can sign up for the Dawg Pound near the south end zone.

Here is a timeline for Thursday's events:

5:30 p.m. - Gates Open
The evening kicks off with a pre-game tailgate at the stadium. Food and beverages will be served in the fan tent while supplies last. All available seats will be tagged for season tickets on the west side of the stadium. Prices are $90 for adults, $85 for faculty/staff and $45 for high school and younger. A family pack (2 adults and 3 kids in Section G) is on-sale for $240.

6:15 p.m. - Pre-Game Walk
Team will be escorted from Lingle Hall to McAndrew Stadium by the Marching Salukis, cheerleaders and shakers.

7:00 p.m. - Scrimmage
The Salukis will take the field for a live situational scrimmage.

8:00 p.m. - Autograph Session
Fans can meet and greet SIU's coaches and student-athletes in an autograph session immediately after the scrimmage. Free schedule posters and schedule cards will be distributed while supplies last.
