Kelly, who hails from Hanover Park, Ill., made the first-team for the second year in a row.

Kelly has been SIU's hottest hitter as of late, hitting safely in 16 of his last 17 games. He contributed multiple-hits on 11 occasions during that span.

Overall, Kelly ranks first on the team in batting average (.371), runs scored (42), doubles (18), RBI (43), total bases (107), slugging percentage (.510), on-base percentage (.457) and walks (31). He ranks seventh in the MVC in batting average.
