At SIU: All-MVC in cross country...ran in one indoor meet in 2007 before sitting out the remainder of the season with an injury...competed in four outdoor meets after walking on the team in 2006...highest finish was a fourth-place showing in the 5,000-meter run at the SIU Spring Classic...posted one other top-10 finish when he placed seventh in the 1,500-meter run at the Ole Miss Invitational.

Pre-SIU: Three-time all-state runner at Murphysboro High School...spent two years at Missouri State.
