At SIU:

Ran in 11 meets and recorded nine top-10 finishes over the 2006 season...picked up sixth-place finishes in the 5000-meter and 3000-meter events at the MVC Indoor Championships...added fourth-place finishes in the 5000-meter and 10,000-meter at the MVC Outdoor Championships...in 2005, earned outdoor all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 10,000-meter run...two-time MVC Scholar-Athlete (2005, 2006)...as a freshman, garnered All-American status in the 5000-meter run at the USA Junior Track and Field Championships...finished ninth in the 5000-meter run at the MVC Indoor Championships and placed fourth in the 10,000-meter run at the league's Outdoor Championships...also runs cross country at SIU...ran a season-best time of 15:30.40 en route to a fifth-place finish at the Evansville Early Bird to start the 2005 season.

Pre-SIU:

Three-time cross country champion at South Dearborn High School...two-time honorable mention all-state selection in cross country...three-time conference champion in the 1600-meter and 3200-meter run in track.
