At SIU: Helped Saluki men's cross country team to a share of the MVC Championship in 2005...won a MVC indoor title in the 3000-meter run and earned all-conference honors...posted seven top-five finishes during the indoor and outdoor seasons...in 2004, placed among the top-five in three of four outdoor meets, including a fifth-place showing in the 10,000-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championships...picked up a win at the Saluki Fast Start Invite during the 2003 indoor season...also finished in top-10 at three outdoor meets...garnered three top-three finishes in 2002.

Pre-SIU: State qualifier in the 3200-meter run at Harold L. Richards High School...two-time all-conference selection in track and four-time all-conference pick in cross country.
