At SIU: Two-time MVC Scholar-Athlete (2004, 2005)...earned indoor all-MVC honors in the shot put with a third-place finish at the 2005 MVC Championships...won a Valley title in the javelin at the 2005 MVC Outdoor Championships...also garnered all-conference honors in the shot put...was a 2005 Mideast Regional qualifier in the javelin and shot put, where she placed in the top-10 in both events...went on to qualify for NCAA nationals in the shot, where she finished 25th in the nation...in 2004, recorded six top-five finishes in the javelin, including second at the MVC Outdoor Championships to earn all-conference laurels...was eighth in the shot put at the MVC Indoor Championships and ninth at the Valley Outdoor meet...in 2003, had five top-10 indoor finishes in the shot put...finished ninth in the shot put at the MVC Indoor Championships...placed among top-10 in four events at the MVC Outdoor Championships that year...ranks fourth all-time at SIU in the indoor shot put and fifth in the hammer.

Pre-SIU: Two-time sectional champion in the discus at Belvidere High School...also a two-time state qualifier in the discus...was state runner-up as a junior.
