At SIU: Competed in four cross country meets during the 2006 season, with a top finish at the SIU Early Bird (9th)...ran in five indoor and six outdoor meets during the 2007 season picking up eight top-10 finishes...member of the fourth-place finishing distance medley team and was eighth in the indoor mile at MVCs...his top finish came at the Saluki Fast Start, where he placed third in the mile...ran in five meets during the 2005 cross country season...best finish came at the Eastern Illinois University Panther Open, where he was 26th with a career-best 27:34.56 in the 8K...top-two finishes were at the McDonald's Invite (4th in the mile; 6th in the 800)...also ran in four meets during the outdoor campaign, including the 2006 MVC Championships, where he finished 11th in the 1,500-meter run...saw limited action in 2004-05 due to injury...ran in the Saluki Booster, where he finished in the top-10 in two events...redshirted in outdoor track.

Pre-SIU:Holds the school record in the 4x800 relay at Lincoln-Way East High School...also broke the school record in the mile run as a junior...conference champion and state qualifier in the 4x800 as a senior...also a member of the wrestling team, which won a regional championship.
