J. Reeves was promoted from within the Saluki Athletics business office to be the Coordinator of Athletic Business in April of 2004. She has been a part of the Saluki Athletics team since March, 2003.

J. directs all the day-to-day operations in the business office including all business services for the staff and student employees. J. is the go-to person for troubleshooting and problem solving as it relates to athletics business operations. She is a primary liaison with other departments on campus for policy compliance. J. also is the Search Committee chair for all hiring within the department.

Prior to working at SIU, J. was a long-time resident of Colorado where she worked as a certified project manager. In addition, she spent six years as an active duty officer in the United States Air Force.

J. holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, Dayton Ohio, a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Civilian Institution through St. Louis University, and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

She is active with her two dogs, Mojo and Max. Her family now lives in the metro Atlanta area.
