BIG MAN OFFENSIVE LINE CAMP

Southern Illinois University Head Football Coach Jerry Kill and his staff are proud to announce the 1st annual "Offensive Line Camp" to be held Saturday, July 14th, 2001.

The camps are designed for players entering the 7th grade through their senior year of high school. Because the camps are technique based, helmets and shoulder pads are not required. Each camp will be an intensive 1-day event in which each camper will receiver instruction in successful offensive line play including:

• Position fundamentals
• Blocking techniques
• Drill work

Also included for the benefit of the campers will be seminars given by members of the Southern Illinois University Football Staff on the following topics:

• Strength & Conditioning
• Nutrition
• Long Snapping fundamental & drills
• "The Recruiting Process"

COST:
The cost of the camp will be $30.00 which will include:

• Camp admittance
• Camp T-Shirt
• Camp Manual which includes:
  Offensive line drills
  Weight lifting program
  Conditioning program
  NCAA Eligibility info

Registration 8:00 - 9:15 am at Stadium
Play begins at 9:30 am

PLACE:
McAndrew Stadium & Practice fields

DESCRIPTION:
4 games guaranteed, 7 games max. Rules of 7 on 7 tournament will be followed. A set of entry forms, tournament rules, and liability releases will be sent to teams entering by July 7th.

PARTICIPANTS:
High School Students Fall 2001

REQUIREMENTS:
Coach from students' school must accompany and be responsible for conduct of students and rules procedures.

REGISTRATION FEE:
$10 per player (Minimum 10 players per team and maximum 18 players per team) Fee must be received by July 9th. Liability releases must be signed by game time. A $50.00 deposit must be mailed with entry forms.
